Local & Sustainable Partners

We believe supporting our local and regional suppliers not only helps build strong relationships within our community, but also naturally results in fresher, healthier, and better tasting food. Below are some of the partnerships we’re proud to work with.

Double R Ranch

Toppenish, WA

The Double R Ranch is committed to socially responsible business practices, embracing an obligation to eliminate waste and preserve the environment. They source a majority of cattle feed within 150 miles of each feed yard location, and composting is used to recycle cattle waste into nutrient-rich fertilizer for area farmers.

Zoi Greek Yogurt

Auburn, WA

Zoi’s milk (free of synthetic hormones, artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners) is sourced from neighbors in our region who take immense pride in their farms, allowing us to support the economy right where we live. This also contributes to a smaller carbon footprint, since their milk doesn’t have to travel long distances.

Finale’s Gourmet Desserts

Lynnwood, WA

Family-owned for more than 35 years, Finale’s crafts gourmet breads, bars, cakes, and cheesecakes by hand in small batches. With a focus on quality ingredients and exceptional service, they’ve built lasting partnerships and a sweet local legacy right here in Lynnwood.

Draper Valley Farms

Mount Vernon, WA

Draper Valley follows a simple guiding principle: "the way nature intended." All chickens are raised in a reduced-stress environment, fed an all-vegetarian diet with no animal fats or animal proteins, and never receive any antibiotics. Their chicken is locally raised, locally packed and locally available.

Macrina Bakery

Seattle, WA

Macrina Bakery is celebrated for its European-inspired artisan breads and pastries made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. Committed to sustainability, Macrina uses electric vehicles for local deliveries — baking with care for both people and the planet.

Endicott Coffee

Tacoma, WA

Endicott Coffee is a Pacific Northwest-based, family-owned company rooted in quality, service, and craftsmanship. They roast beans in small batches at their Tacoma roastery, constantly refining flavor profiles to deliver consistent, memorable coffee.

Backyard Bagel

Seattle, WA

Backyard Bagel grew from a pandemic passion into a beloved local bakery. Their NYC-inspired bagels are hand-rolled, boiled, and baked in Seattle using Pacific Northwest ingredients.

Local Wineries & Breweries

We proudly feature selections from local and regional craft producers who share our passion for quality. Our beer and cider lineup includes Reuben’s Brews (Seattle), Bale Breaker (Yakima), Incline Cider (Tacoma), Diamond Knot (Mukilteo), and Icicle Brewing (Leavenworth). Our wine offerings highlight exceptional Northwest vineyards such as Torii Mor (Dundee, OR), J. Bookwalter (Woodinville), Ryan Patrick, and Browne Family Vineyards (Columbia Valley).
